Gregg Ganschaw
Vice President and General Manager
In addition to his role as Vice President and General Manager, Mr. Ganschaw develops and implements training sessions for organizational culture change. These sessions are designed to equip management with tools to initiate and follow-through instituting cultural change within an organization. During the past 35 years Gregg has served in a series of capacities demanding a balance of, leadership, business, research, and facilitation skills.
Gregg served in the U.S. Air Force Security Service 1967-1971 and he was also assigned to several NSA missions during his service. Gregg has been responsible for national management assignments for: International Research Corp., Unlimited Child Development Inc., 3M Company, and Color-Art Inc., National Map and Publishing Div.
He has served as a consultant to over 20 State Governor's Councils on Economic Development. He serves as a Master Facilitator for Gordon Graham & Co., and as a principal of I to I Inc., specializing in organizational culture change. He specializes in management/leadership, teamwork development systems, and change process development systems.
